Terms

• The renter must hold a valid driving license for at least a year.
• Minimum age limit for the 125cc & 200cc scooters is 18 years old.
• Minimum age limit for the 300cc scooters is 23 years old.
• For renting a 125cc scooter the renter must have an AM, A1, A2 or A driving license category. In case the renter has an AM category, he/she must have have it for at least 5+ years and be 27+ years old.
• For renting a 200cc or a 300cc scooter, the renter must have an A2 or A driving license category.
• The renter must have a European or International Driving License.
• Full payment is being done while making the contract.
• VAT is included in the prices.
• You can pay cash or by credit card.
• All motorbikes are equipped with their insurance papers, a map of the island and a top back box for extra space.
• Helmets are free.
• The renter is required to produce his or her driving license and provide their driving license.
• The renter is responsible for any violation of the Highway Code.
• In the event of a breakdown or accident, the renter is obliged to inform the company of the occurrence and location of the motorcycle and must remain with the motorcycle until recovered is provided.
• The renter is obliged to secure the motorcycle when not in use and to take all reasonable protections to prevent its theft.
• Prohibited driving the motorcycle from third parties other than the tenant referred in the lease contract.
• The company and the insurance company has no insurance coverage exists and bears no responsibility in the event of business concessions to third.
• Transferring the vehicle outside the island is prohibited.
• Driving motorbike on unpaved road is prohibited. In case of driving on unpaved road the insurance is void and the customer is responsible for any damage.
• The insurance does not cover any loss or damage of the helmets.
• Insurance is invalid if the renter is under the influence of alcohol or any kind of drugs.
• The company strongly advices that for safety reasons the speed of 50 kph is not exceeded.
• All the rented prices include simple liability insurance. The renter is responsible for any damage caused on the motorbike or quad bike and is also responsible in case of theft.
• The cost of the fuel is on the renter, who has to return the motorbike with the amount of the fuel that he rent it.
• Αll vehicles are covered by road assistance 24/7 island wide.
